I have a coopers lager
a morgans mexican cervaza
500 g of ldme
1kg of dex in cupoard
how would theese go as a mix?

1kng max fermentables would be my suggestion maybe @ 50/50 mix. It will still be refreshing this way rather than mildly blinding.

I'd split this into two brews...

Coopers Lager
500g dex
250g LDME
19l

Morgans Mexican Cervesa
500g dex
250g LDME
19l

I'd probably bung some Saaz or Hallertau in the Coopers brew, and maybe some Cascade or Galena in with the Mexican. Honestly, you won't be getting oodles of flavour or body out of either kit. The trouble is that if you try and mix the whole lot into one uber-brew, you may find you get something that you could run the car on, but that tastes a little bit wrong. Personally I'd probably buy some more LDME, hops and a better yeast to spice things up a bit.
