Looks tasty Wassa.

Personally I'd probably up the last addition to 25g and add 100g of light crystal. I like my APA to be a bit sweeter and quite hoppy.

Crystal plus Coopers Green plus Cascade tends to make a fairly tasty drop. In my experience, this sort of combination (with a US-05) tends to produce something in between Mountain Goat Pale Ale and Little Creatures Bright Ale. The recultured yeast should give it more of a Coopers character.

Anyway, it sounds quite tasty. :D

Yum.

You must buy your cascade in kilo bags... :D

btw - there's a Q&A with one of the Coopers brewers in this months Beer & Brewer where they give some pointers on reculturing their commercial yeast

Made a very tasty midstrength version of this a few months ago

Coopers APA
1kg Morgans MB Caramalt
100g maltodextrin
10g Cascade @ 20min
10g Cascade @ 10min
10g Cascade @ flameout
Craftbrewer premium ale yeast

While my hopping schedule is a bit lighter it would still have a pretty similar balance to your's Wassa due to my lower gravity. The caramalt tin added a nice touch of sweetness as suggested by FazerPete & Lachy
