Made a NICE ONE,, Black Rock IPA, 1kg LDMe, 250MDX, 12g Amarillo hops, Drinking stubs 2 weeks old, really good and have the rest (19lt) cubed for the keg. Give It a Go. Might try same recipe using Goldings or Fuggles hops, what do you think?

Turtle,
Did you dry hop the Amarillo or put it in a boil?
Cheers

Put amarillo pellets 12g into disolving process of can and malt , simmered maybe 5min then dumped all into fermenter. After 4weeks in a cube then to keg this is the best beer I'v made.

I've made a few IPA's and the ones using the American hops always go down better with people. Most comment that the first glass is more bitter than they are used to but the second glass is nice and smooth..
