6% alcohol
Mash 90 mins
900g 2-row malt
340g dark crystal
280g chocolate malt
120g black malt
100g belgian aromatic
1.7kg liquid amber malt
700gm super dark malt
50g northern brewer @ 9.8 AA
Make up to 10L and boil 45 minutes:
Then add:
18g styrian goldings
1/4 irish moss tablet
Boil for 15 mins.
Chill wort.
Strain into fermenter, top up to 20L.
Pitch at 22oc.
