Greetings everyone

I've been brewing beer for 17 years and I've never tried making a cider.

Can someone recommend a kit for me that produces something crisp and dry? Any suggestions welcome.

The Black Rock cider kits are good by all accounts.

For what it's worth, I'd recommend waiting until the Berri 100% apple juice is on special (aim to get it for $1/L) and grab yourself a carton. It works out about the same $ anyway. Just make sure there are no preservatives or it won't properly ferment. Then you can hit it with some white wine or champagne yeast (the latter if you want it really dry). I love to use the Wyeast Cider liquid yeast (can't remember the number). It produces a really nice dry, fruity cider similar to Pipsqueak.
