non-alcoholic cider - is it possible?

Unlike Ginger beer, there doesn't seem to be any recipes for non-alcoholic apple cider. I'd really like to make some for my girls if anyone knows a recipe.

Take apple juice. Carbonate.

Either that, or go for the Cascade in your supermarket.

I would assume (never tried it though) if you take apple juice and keg it, then carbonate it you would have non alcoholic cider.

Not sure if it would go off without preservitives though.
