well we did it again
bashed out 2 x 200 litres brews
one was slammed with ZN hallertau
the other copped a fair belting of green bullet
zn hop = winsor ale yeast @18 degress
green bullet 34/70 yeast @10 degress
i smashed both brews with ferment hop will see if it does the business
both of these brews will end up in the perth beer awards
i do hope that you as brewers had a adventurous brew easter
