Hi i'm mole
i have just started my first grain mash with a sugar head. it will be a sour mash that uses 30% back wash. i will be make a new still that will have a pot arm and a reflux arm so i can make whiskey and neutral. should be about 60L. i will be running my first wash this weekend so i hope it will work. i have done a few cleaning runs and then a wine run and it worked pretty good.
