Well, the afternoon began with some schooners of Fat Yak at the surf club (a bit of a rip-off at $7.60) and finished with some XXXX Gold when Fat Yak started to get the better of me later in the evening.

No wonder I feel crook today.

Sorry for not getting back to your Earle. Bit late ... but apart from at a precious few restaurants that had the odd decent beer the best beers were found in my hotel room and purchased from the local bottle shop.

Sadly, Noosa doesn't appear to be the epicentre of Australian beer culture!

Yes, the boss brought lcpa for us on the boat cruise but at the restaurant I had a bul lager and jsaa and was very disappointed.
