How to Siphon hot/cold wort and not contaminate.

Just found this as i was trying to think...

how do i siphon the hot wort into a cube with sucking on the pipe and contaminating it/burning my tongue?

Its as easy as a T section, 3rd line to suck on and a hose clamp :)
