It ain't dog poo mate, it is the Brew that I do most of, If you have done it to the instructions I reckon you can't go past it! It is a dark beer almost like black and tan, but I love it. I find it is a better beer if you can keep it for at least 3 months, something that I find hard to do, I used to just brew it with sugar, but now I use the Coopers Brew enhancer 2, I reckon it has a lot better head and head retention with that than sugar. It is hard to know some times what is the best scenario, because of the difficulty in keeping the temp. under control, I will be much more of an authority on that after I finished my temperature controlled brew room, but whatever you do with that....don't ditch it!!!!!
