Cherry Popper Stout

First brew under way. Got the grains steeped, and 19 minutes left on my lme boil. Next is aroma weed, then my home made wort chiller...

This is a gas! I'm addicted already.

My crazy home made wort chiller worked great. Down below 90f in no time. She's in the fermentor now. OG was 1.056 on a recipe that predicted 45-49.

Good work, Mad Dog. Hope it's progressing well. You will always remember the first time your cherry was popped :-)

Cheers,

Oliver

First bubble at 3 hrs. 24 hrs in I had a nice thick cream colored krausen. No blow by. It is now settled down to a white krausen about half inch thick with frequency bubbling
