Hi All

This is my first non "can" brew.

14 days ago I brewed a "Fat Yak" style clone.
Now my question is how long should it ferment for?? (double half it's length right)
it's now 14 days later and my SG 1012/3 with a random release through the airlock.
Am I done? Can I keg?

Any help would be appreciated..

I haven't got much experience with s-04 (the two times I did it stuck at 1.020)

but if you are getting a stable reading of 1.012 ish and it has been 14 days, I'd say keg it.

drink the hydro sample and if it tastes like its done, go for it.

If fg is stable keg it. 04 can be stubborn at times. Fg sounds about right anyway.
