Filtering out hops?

I added some cascade hop pellets (not in a bag) to boil and left them there when they went into the fermenter. Wondering if I need to filter them out somehow before bottling, and if so.. how? (I notice a few in the hydrometer tube). I dont have the equipment to rack the brew.
