Open links in new window

This morning I have made a change that will open all links within posts in a new window. This includes links to other homebrewandbeer.com forum posts.
All other links (i.e. those that are not contained within posts) will continue to open in the same window.
If you come across any problems please let me know.
Note you can still Ctrl+Click any link on the forum to open it in a new tab.
