I've only had the Red Rice Ale. Didn't think much of it to be honest but it is a very different beer and I'm sure they deliberately designed it to cause division amongst its drinkers. This is not a beer made to please the masses (or possibly even a Western palate).

Bairds Beer is a pretty great Japanese brewery if anyone stumbles upon any in their travels.

I've had them all, except the Strong Ale. Enjoyed them all, especially the Espresso Stout which, in my oppinion, is one of the best stouts going round at the moment.

The White Ale is a great spin on a traditional Wit, with a great aroma of nutmeg.

Highly reccomend them all

I work at the International Beer Shop Speedie.

Drop by some time, ask for Paul, introduce yourself and bring in some of your homebrews for me to sample.

I also recently judged at the West Australian Amateur Brewers competition, so I may have judged some of your beers already if you entered any.

Cheers,

PJ
