For anyone heading to the Yarra Valley in Victoria, check out the cider and ale trail.

I can highly recommend Hargreaves Hill. Coldstream is also good. Giverny Estate makes a very interesting kiwi fruit cider, and the ciders from the other joints are pretty good.
