i found a bottle-o with a hell of a lot of JS Hop Thief, bought a 6 pack.. tastes .. well, it's alright. not really to my taste i think. good for what it is, but i've decided i prefer more malty beers as opposed to real hoppy.

Gotta give em a go.

I would not have found the Little Creatures, James Squire Golden or Amber, Konig Pilsener, Hofbrau Original, Tripel......list goes on and on, if I had not purchased some bottled/tap beer.

I love my HB as I think it is awesome, but I sample just to see what is out there and if I like it, try and clone it.

Some of my HB's are better, much better, but who knows what is out there

Had a VB at my Cricket semi's, ie no beer left.
Tipped it out after 2 sips and they all blew up, tough, I am not drinking shite.

Mind you, I would drink a VB over a Boags Strongarm anyday

Think Tuborg, amongst other "imports", is now brewed locally under licence. When this occurs, the beers tends to lose something. For me, at any rate. Must be the water, the only ingredient that cannot be reliably replicated.

You know, I reckon the hightail is the beer that I like the least out of their range; pity it's the one that's most widely available. I blame the chicks, cos I reckon this one appeals to them.
