The good, the bad and the ugly of commercial beer and breweries, including microbreweries and craft breweries.

Worst beer review of all time?

... and Geoff and I thought we were scathing in some of our reviews!

Classic.

If I want caffeine I'll have an espresso. For all its merits, C8H10N4O2 has no place in beer.

Obviously they haven't tasted Millers Chill. That would have to be very close to the top of anyones worst beer list. The alarm bells started to sound when the girly in the bottleshop said to me that she doesn't like beer but that was really nice.

My brother drinks that stuff. I was going to try some, but on second thoughts...

I had a customer tell me that Miller Chill was the best beer he has ever tasted. I'm just hoping it's the only beer he has ever tasted.

There was a Millers Chill promotion at one of my locals yesterday. I've never seen so many people decline a free beer.

I'd suggest that everyone invest around $2.50 in one stubbie to see how bad it really is. Nothing like forming your own opinion. You can certainly taste the salt and citrus but rather than giving the "beer" a sharp edge the most prominent taste reminds one of soapy water.
