Zywiec

The good, the bad and the ugly of commercial beer and breweries, including microbreweries and craft breweries.

Zywiec

Ok, I had a bit of a session with o'seas beers and a few locals last night.

The stand out was the Zywiec, but for the wrong reasons.......it's bloody awful. Even my drinking buddy tipped it, as I did.

Anyone else tried this one?

I had a few Belgians, Matilda Bay Bohemian Pilsner and a few of my HB's.

The stand out was a Belgian Blonde which was quite nice.......and a bland beer called Bajitnka.

My Cheap Lager HB was actually better than some o'seas beers and it was not just me saying that. :D

Cheers

Yeah. I bought a bottle from the local bottlo a few months back when I was walking by. It was on spesh and I was thirsty so I decided to try it. Very under-impressive, but the fact I was warm and thirsty from walking and it was cold and wet redeemed it just a slight bit. Still, I won't buy another. Next time I'll get the Baltika 4.

 I'd hate to have the bad one.

Seriously, it was pretty rank IMO
