Anyone given these ones a go? They seem to be somehow based on the works of Blake? I don't quite see how.

Anyone, what have people thought?

I enjoyed the porter and the golden ale, but was a bit underwhelmed by the other ale (I can't quite remember what it was).

When I was in London a couple of years ago I drank Wells Bombardier from a hand pump. I remember it being a rather good drop.

I heard a rumor that the Pig n Whistle on Eagle Street in Brisbane has Wells Bombardier on the hand-pump.
Need to check it out....

I've only tasted the original not the Burning Gold or Satanic Mills.

Having drunk many of pint of Bombardier from a handpull in the UK this beer is on my list of pommy beers to brew. A very smooth, easy to drink pint but then everything poured thru a handpull is!

Only info i have found is it used Challenger and EKG and claims to use more malt than the average bitter so its unlikely to contain much, if any sugar (either that or their efficiency is shot)

The Gold and the Mills were definately my pick. You should give them a go. I'll have to retry the other. It was hard to judge as I had just had a White Shield IPA. That too, is a VERY tasty beer.

Thankfully there is now a specialty beer shop in Canberra. Free plug for Plonk :D
