Would anyone here dare to replicate this ?

Hi,
I am sorry i have only recently stumbled across this great forum and site and have been trying to read most of the topics within this forum over the past few weeks. They have been truly informative and definitely helpful, inspirational .... I have been brewing for the past few years as time permits with varying degrees of success (only kit type brews, due to occupational commitments ). and wonder if anyone here has seen this, let alone tried to replicate it. I also think that some people here would be very surprised at the quality of some of the (maybe more obscure ) Chinese beers. Time permitting, I will try to emulate some of these beers and pass on any results and recipes.

PS. Some of these beers are awesome chunder stoppers for some .... er .... questionable ... er ... dinners with the inlaws

Yep,

Saw that a bit ago. Dogfish Head are a neat group. His story is pretty good. You hop heads would like him, he asctually pours the beer through a bed of hops.

it's not thousands of years old, but i found this really interesting just for the sense of tradition.

have a close look at the Mill and the Tun.
i often wish i had of been a Home Brewer/Beer Fanatic when i travelled the globe a few years back.
i would enjoyed places like this.
