Have you had any sucess yet? I'd be very interested to know if its sucessful. Also where did you get the recipe from?

oh joy, oh rapture.

a fair few days ago i drained off most of the clear wort and put it into a 740ml coopers PET bottle (it had been in a Duvel bottle to start), and added some fresh wort to it. just poured a little off into a glass - banana-ey goodness. very reminiscent of Duvel so far. just boiled up some more malt and water which is chilling now, going to refresh it a bit by draining off most of the clear wort again. i'm actually drinking it, so it can't be bad :lol:

looking forward to brewing a nice belgian strong ale this weekend. made the candy sugar a little while ago, been wanting to use it.
