' I know what needs to mature'
I think she was a bit peeved cause I have two brews going in our bedroom,( see, the flue for the wood heater goes up through the , you get the idea) and the smell and noise tends to annoy her a tiny little bit, then I have another two going in the (her) laundry (lager type conditions, as I explained to her),and I feel it's a love resistance that she won't allow herself to come to terms with, maybe you kind folk here could debrief the poor woman, sort of like (take my side) (say this is normal) back me up,perhaps with advise, to her, from your own partners?.
I think sitting bolt upright in bed at three in the morning and saying"shit, one's stopped" may cause a little agnst, well to me it does, however lately she has been very nice, even didn't grimace when I shoved a bag of Halleatu at her and said 'Isn't that aroma wonderful?'
The point is,people think that brewing is 'groovy', brewing is 'interesting' brewing 'saves money'.
What is neglected is the POLITICS of brewing, rarely touched on, the relationship of brewing to harmony in the life of the brewer, the blending of emotions, and I think I've found the answer.
