Just to let any one who may be interested know...
I've found a pretty good online HBS
It's in the Blue Mountains and it's called Blue Mountains Brewing Supplies - oddly enough
It's website is http://www.bmbrews.com.au/
I've scoped the other sites I've found on google and seen mentioned on this forum, and it appears to be pretty reasonable with the stuff it sells and postage. I only stumbled across it by accident in google.
