Report on New HBS Joondalup Perth
This shop is a clone of the Westbrew shop in Osborne Park. A newer, neater, tidier clone but still a clone. It is filled with the exact same stock and speaking to the shop assistant it is run by the same people. There has been no expansion from what they know and are comfortable with.
I am not knocking them, they do well what they do and they stick to what they know. If you are interested and have used the Brewmart products before then you will be comfortable. They have plenty of kits on the shelves but are limited to their proprietary bands and some small amounts of grains. Bags and bags of brew enhancers. No liquid yeasts.
Great layout and very modern looking but in an appealing way but does not cater for the advanced brewer. If you are into kit and kilo or premixed clone packs this is the place for you. If you want to do partials or mash you would be better off else where.
I will use this shop when convenience dictates
