I suppose saying Quad Burger is a little easier than pronouncing Quadruple Bypass Burger. We don't want to exert ourselves too much and waste 0.2 precious kilojoules over those silly four extra syllables.

I can just picture a car load of doctors with MP5s out the windows, firing away...

My Cardiologist after an angiogram said to me "see you in twelve months", two weeks later he was telling me my Quad bypass went without a hitch. HJ's and Macca's are definitely off my list of eatery's and seem to help, keeping Heart Surgeons pretty busy.
