From what I've read and been told so far - there's Racking, and there's Bulk Primeing. and they are different and achieve different things I think?
Racking is after fermentation has finished, and means you have less sediment in the bottle.
Bulk priming is just the mixing of sugar/dex in bulk so ...

I've heard of the teabags, but not tried them. I've tried the Saaz, but it was loose. It worked relly well, and I havn't noticed any hops in the bottles - I used safflager yeast thou, and that helps glue the hops into the fermenter not the bottle.
