Thank you bottle top, I just hit the wrong key!!.
And to furby, I opened another one 2 day's later and the difference was 100% better, it had carbonation with a good frothy head!. :lol: :lol:

Thank you for your advice, I have only had them priming for 7 day's, I was just to eager, but will leaving them for 1 to 2 more week's make a lot of difference, i'e give it a frothy head & more bubble's ??

realy flat beer

Did my first lager cooper's brew, and it is so flat, I aded 2 carbonation drop's to each 740ml, but it look's like flat cider.
Any one got any advice ????.

On the cooper's dvd they say that you need to ferment lager betwwen 21 - 27 degrees, But Trough Lolly say's between 8-10,or it will taste cidery, well i've just brewed mine at 24 degrees :x .
Could some one tell me what is the prime temp for cooper's lager's????... :shock:

hydro reading & fermentation time's

Could you give me some advice, I did'nt take a hydrometer reading at the start of the brewing procesS, It's been 3 day's should i take a reading now & then on the 7th and next day to see if the reading's are the same??..
And if I leave my lager to ferment more than the 7 day's, would this improve ...

Yeast & Firmentation & Hydrometer

Hi, need some advice!, I've sprinkled the yeast over the wort then sealed the lid, Is this enough to start fermentation proccess??...

P.s Could you give me some advice, I did'nt take a hydrometer reading at the start of the brewing process, So when & how often should I do this now?.
