Did my first lager cooper's brew, and it is so flat, I aded 2 carbonation drop's to each 740ml, but it look's like flat cider.
Any one got any advice ????.
I assume you have given it the customary couple of weeks to carb up?
Have they been kept reasonably warm - i.e around 20*?
Have you tried a couple of different bottles to ensure it's not just a one off?
If you answered yes to all the above, the only other thing I can suggest is to invert the bottles a few times to get some yeast back in suspension and wait another week.
And if all else fails, you can re-prime if you are careful.
Basically you uncap, add carb drop and re-cap. Although you should probably chill the bottles first because they can become gushers if you're not careful....
Thank you for your advice, I have only had them priming for 7 day's, I was just to eager, but will leaving them for 1 to 2 more week's make a lot of difference, i'e give it a frothy head & more bubble's ??
