Help please with recently acquired 20L kegs

Ok...I have recently got hold of 4 x 20 litre kegs (not the post mix variety) but the kind you'd find in a pub.

What equipment would I now need to a) open up and fill with homebrew and b) dispense the beer?

Any help would be greatly appreciated - cleaning bottles is getting quite tiresome.

Tommo,

I found the device on eBay - it uses the smallish bulbs also used for soda water, whipping cream etc. Sells for around $50 from memory. Do a search on beer on eBay and you should find it there. Would probably be ideal for a camping trip....

Priming kegs

I have just acquired a 9 litre keg and am looking into any possible ways to avoid the CO2 bottle, regulator etc....so my question is

Is it possible to prime the keg with dextrose (say at 8gm per litre) and use a smaller portable gas setup (picture attached hopefully) to dispense beer?
