I hope some one told you to try the 'Hazed and Infused' or the 'Mojo IPA' from Boulder Beer Co. or something from Left Hand Brewing. The Hazed and Infused is the best hop bomb I have ever had. Will be cool to hear what all you got to try. :wink:

as a damn yank, all I can say is cheers brothers. This is one of my fav. beers. A nice little hop bomb for a pale.(west coast pale) one day I may try to brew some,but since I buy it all the time I spend most of my brew time making beers that I cant get here in the U.S.A. funny how that works. :wink ...

Just got the newest issue of Brew Your Own,March-April..and its Australian brewers....woot!

lot of recipes from your part of the world..and some from the winners of AABC.

Has anyone got a recipe for wychwood's winter troll?? I love the Hobgoblin,and other beers of this style. Going to do T L's Bishops finger froms this site this week,and have room for 1 more...I cant get this stuff where I live (B.F.E.)..thanx..

the "out" end of the hose has to be below the pot,mash tun,fermenter,ect. Gravity, its the law.....DOH!!!!

the brew I'm drinking now is 2 months old and GOOD!..but I have kept 1 case in my closet at room temp. this beer is good,but has no head.case #2 was kept in a cool dark spot and has way too much head. ?? after bottled they were all washed off with cold water and radomly put in the two boxes by my ...

my H.B.S always trys to talk me out of white labs yeast(I told him I liked it for the tube to reuse my yeasts)...the owner is a stand up guy,but the people he hires are mostly dumb as rocks.They learn how to use the cashregister and thats it..then a week later,a new guy is learning the cashregister ...

I do love this beer
6oz British 55l crystal malt
1oz. British chocolate malt
.5 oz.British black patent malt
6.5lb.extra light dry extract(i use 8lb.liquid extract)
4oz.malto dextrin(i skip this)
1oz.prodress bittering hop
2/3oz.styrian goldings
1/4oz.styrian goldings..
