Still a bit but much more tolerable than 35

I never boil kits

Hope its not to bitter

Ive tried this 2 times B4 & prefer the 1st hop schedule but straight after adding the 2nd lot of 25 I realised & wasnt a happy brewer

Oh well, I still have another 3 or so days till I move to secondary
Anyone have any advice as ...

Ok, here's my recipe:

1.7Kg Thomas Coopers Sparkling Ale
1.5Kg Coopers Light Malt Extract
15g Amarillo @ 30 minutes
15g Amarillo @ 15 minutes
15g Amarillo @ 2 minutes

Pitched 22C
Fermented 20C

Primary: 7 days
CC: 7 days 3C

Bulk primed with 170g Dextrose

I've been looking into the possibility of buying bottles directly from manufacturers rather than paying retail prices for them. I found a couple of places online, like these guys: http://www.cospak.com.au Unfortunately, they tend to sell is large quantities. But I reckon if half a dozen brewers ...

2 Kg's Dark Liquid Malt
500g Jar Plum Conserve (IXL make it).
