Legal 50l Kegs coming up for sale

Thought this may be of interest for some members. Legal 50l coming up for sale.

How are these legal? We trade in new and 2nd hand kegs and have taken ownership of a set of kegs surplus to a local customers requirements. Stock is suitable for beer dispense or conversion to Home Brew boilers.

can you stand in the kettle at the end of the boil. In a brew house using the whirlpool to combine the trub and to add flavour/aroma hops is the best way to retain the flavour.

at home try turning the heat off, add the hops and stir for a few mins. Wont be an issue for sanitation as the wort will ...

Would say what you have is Gardiner strain, reported as the most common these days. Sloop or Schooner is grown lesser today i have been advised.

This is 2 row malt, 6 row is not grown locally to my knowledge and is the preserve of the US maltsers. As can be widely correlated, it is a malt used with ...

I have about a kg of Pride, EKG, Fuggles and NB at hand for my 'trial batches'. Can send thru, just need to order more thru. We kinda suprised ourselves doing 3 batches in 1 weekend.

Well what ever cleans your clock really, I woud not use the weyermann in that way (if it is weyermann and other than JW could not see another manufacturer availible locally) but other folks in a brew house would not do what I do; if you enjoy the beer then so be it.

Carapils is a malt kilned yes, but still has is a malt used to impart head retention via the enzymic action of a mash. As a former distributer of Weyermann items to Breweries and Homebrew shops and am now a professional brewer, take it on my recomendation to use this in a minimash. I cant see the ...

the carapils needs to go in a mash - if not steeped at appropriate degradation temps you'll have cloudy beer!
