ive just kegged one which seems to be close but im sure there may be better. I used
1.5 kgs coopers wheat malt
1.5 kgs morgans unhopped pale malt
27grm amerillo 60min
10 grm northern brewer 15 min
10 grm amerillo 2 min
5 grm amerillo dry hop
white yeast 001 californian ale yeast

As i am going to force cabonate them i might have to look at the way your talking about. The force carbonation seems the easy option so to natully carbonate them would be as we do for bottles but in lager dose?

HAs any one left forced carbonated kegs out you know of ?

thats what im asking as i said im new to it i did not know if they had to stay in the fridge after carbonation. so once i carbonate them in the fridge i can take them out and leave them for months at a time. Thanks

carbonated kegs left out

im new to the home brew setup got a few mates getting me into it but cant answer my questions.
If i brew in kegs and get them all carbonated with beer do i have to leave them in the fridge. can i put them on the floor for a few months untill they are needed or will they go bad. this way when one ...

Beer fonts

Im looking at making a home bar and would like to know where to buy a four tap beer font. Does anyone know if and where reco ones may be avalible. Also is there any special item id need to get it from the corny keg other than the normal bits used for a fridge set up
