thirst

Post by speedie »

Quick hello fellow brewers
There are usually about 12 of us that meet on a Thursday night to discuss brewing
sample what has been made and plan future batches
There are small business owner’s, water chemical people, tradesman, and yes even professional brewers! (Gasp)
We refer this night as to thirsty Thursday or thirstday night!
Will keep you posted
Cheers speedie!

It's a shame I moved back from Perth in 1995. Lovely city, and enjoyed my 3 years there. Still have fond memories of Friday lunchtime pints of proper imported Guinness at Fenians Pub, along with a lovely counter lunch. It might have moved. In those days it was along Adelaide Terrace.

Would love to participate in an expert brew day and a thristday session.

save your frequent flyers and your dreams could come true
warra the pub bar has closed but withsome guidence i am sure that we could find a bar that serves real! stout
by the way all that sampled the latest brew were really happy with the taste
some up front malt followed by a generous hop rush and towards the follow through some balanced bitterness on both sides of the tounge
with a dry acidic feel to the roof of your gob!
last beer of the night was my bronze medal stout @ 6.3 A/V it is not what you would call a session beer
all the best to my dear beer Bunions
