I happened to be channel surfing on the weekend when I came across Paul Mercurio's show Mercurio's Menu on Channel 7, which I hadn't seen before.
He was at the Lake House in Daylesford, Victoria, making lamb shanks with a bottle of Holgate ESB. Looked pretty good.
Anyway, I just checked out his website and there are plenty of articles about beer and recipes including beer.

I must say, I'd always been a bit ambivalent about Paul Mercurio, but I quite enjoyed the show (and not only because of the frequent beer content)
