We have posted the pics and tasting notes from yesterday's tasting of the ninth bottle of the Millennium Ale.

You may notice that the tasting notes are becoming a bit repetitive. This is because the Millennium Ale tastes the same from year to year. This beer just doesn't seem to be changing much. We knew the maturation would be slow, but weren't expecting this!
