I drank all of my lager now and the ales gone to both very good after all of my worrying, i have just started a draught beer just out of curiosity.
What exactly is draught beer please
I was over the moon with the dark ale it was perfect, just hope this does the business also
Adding a photo of my improved english barrel to take the 'bubbler' via the top so i can take readings and bottle fill when ready to do so, all in one container now, excellent
"Draught" means that it's on tap. Commercial beers calling themselves Draught was a marketing ploy brought out some decades ago to say that the beer you could buy to take home was just as good as you could get in the pub. Most commercial examples of beers labelled draught are lagers but your kit would've come with an ale yeast.
