Hi all past and present brewers long time no beer from this end.
Just back from perth with stock from TWOC brewing who i must say is a very helpful bloke.
Also have great range of gear to suit all types and levels of brewing.
So this is whats in stock atm.
10 kg Marris otter
1kg choc malt
1kg caraaoma
1kg dry wheat malt
Wyeast 1028 london ale
Goldings ekg& stryian
fuggles
galena
palisade
looking to do 2 batches one after the other top crop yeast from batch 1
Like to do a not too whimpy mid folowed by a brown or dark
Any help much appreciated.

First beer, an english bitter of around 3.5%.
90% maris otter
5% caraaroma
5% wheat malt
Bitter with galena @ 60 to total IBU of 28
1g/L EKG @ 20
1g/L styrian goldings @ 0
OG 1.040
Brown/Dark
90% maris otter
5% caraaroma
5% choc malt
Fuggles @60 to total 30 IBU
1g/L fuggles @ 20 & 0
OG 1.045

Im yet to clue up on a brew programme any preference ?
Most use Beersmith that i read can be a little tricky to master.

Brewmate is your friend. Cheap coz its free, and very easy to use.
Beer numbs all zombies !!!

I'll preface this comment by saying that I haven't looked at BrewMate recently ... the brewing software that is right for you depends on what you're looking for it to do. BrewMate is a recipe designer, so if that's all you're looking for then it will be fine.
