Pure randomness

I've got the TV on in the background while I'm doing a few things (that's not the pure randomness).

The film clip to Something so strong by Crowded House has got to be one of the weirdest ever. Check out the looks they give each other. They seem very "happy".

For those of you of my vintage, it reminds me of D-Gen Late Show skits. The "pisstake" of Frente's Accidently Kelly Street springs to mind.

The missus just rang and woke me at 1.30am (I didn't answer because the ex has a nasty habit of doing the same) from Bali to tell me she's missed her flight home.

So now she won't be home until this afternoon instead of 6am this morning. Turns out I didn't need to do all the cleaning and tidying last night after all!

Ordered myself an STC1000 today from eBay. This hot weather makes it impossible to keep a reasonable temp in the fermenter. Was trying the old ice blocks in the brew fridge trick, but they would melt too quick. Hopefully once I get this controller I will be right. Can't wait.

Well I took the long delivery time into my calculations and decided to spend an extra 9 bucks and get one from Australia. Got a notification that it has been posted an hour and a half after I ordered it.

I have really cut back on my drinking since a week before christmas. Working 24/7, mrs sick, kids galore to look after.
