Maimu, have tried to send to this email address but it keep bouncing back, saying do not have permission to send to this recipient, all other emails have gone ok.

Just a tip. You have all posted your email addresses here. Edit your post and remove your address. Having your email address permanently published on any website will eventually get you lots of unsolicited emails selling Viagra etc. If you can "google" your email address, spammers will get you
