At a guess, any draught kit, coopers brew enhancer 1 and a PoR finishing hopbag.

The evil Lion Nathan (maker of generally crappy beer and wannabe owner of Cooper's) make a Tooheys Draught. You might want to use this as a starting point.
Add 500g light dried malt and 500g or a little more of dextrose.
