G'Day Dogger,
As a hoser down under I was chuffed to see a recipe for Maudite . All of Unibroue's products were at least interesting, and some were brilliant.
Aussie has not got much micro beer yet, so that's why I took up homebrew after an absence of 20 yrs.
Brr.. must be getting cold around Stratford now. Just getting to summer here in Melbourne.
If you have any recipes of Ontario micro beers to share, I'll make some batches up for my mates to give them a taste of the GWN.
Thanks
Macca
