Yardy,

I haven't actually brewed this, as I am waiting for the cooler weather to come back, but will put it forward.

Try 1.5Kg pilsner malt mashed for an hour and a bit with one sparge and a Coopers Heritage Lager Kit. Boil the runnings for 10 minutes after break.

Not sure weather to go with the kit yeast or a Saf lager S-23.

sort of unsure here, but i went to town today and ordered..
1kg Munich
1kg Pilsner Export
1kg Lager

i've got some Carapils, Wheat etc.

on the way home i remembered Aussie Claret's pdf Recipes, so i'm going to peruse that over a few tonight and see if i can find a good one. :D

might dedicate a stubbie to him if it's any good :wink:

Yeah, good pint on AC's pdf, I had a very boring day at work and spent most of the afternoon dreaming up beer recipies.
