bluetongue pilsener

Post by db »

I'm not a big fan of their lager or ginger beer but i recently aquired a 6er of the new pilsener.. & a good one it is :D
i've bought another 2 6er's since the 1st & i'm thinking it'll be my prefered beer this summer. nice & hoppy (amarillo & saaz apparently), & an awesome malt flavour.. kinda like the squires pils (pre tooheys) but lighter in body. a great beer IMO

Yeah tried one at 'QWB' a couple of sundays back db, and despite my previous Bluetongue remarks, thought it might be ok. But I was going to leave the jury until a later date but as this tasting was at the end of a rather large session. :?

It's the "I've bought another 2 6ers" that is most convincing.

I'd seen the add on the back of the bus, but not got close enough see what the third stubb was.

Cheers,
Greg.

the GB was woeful.

it's reassuring to note that whilst a crap beer can be produced, it's also possible to create a good one. 8)
