Didn't think it was that bad myself! Anyway, thanks for the advice and the warm welcome guys. This place looks like it's got the finest collection of brew monsters in the world! Merry Christmas!

Well, I'm a-brewin'! Got impatient, which probably contradicts the zen of homebrewing, but we've got a lovely smell in our bathroom... bit warm (mid twenties but looking for a good-sozed towel to wet it down)... dark in stormy night in Briz last night, which was quite appropriate for Barney and his two-y.o daughter to be fossicking in the lab, creating monsters! This morning saw lots of bubbling at the airlock and renewed excitement and anticipation in the Barney house... WE'RE AWAY!

All advice here is good. Just something to note: the tin that comes with the Coopers kit is a regular Coopers Lager, which has an ale yeast with it, so don't brew it below 18C. See http://www.homebrewandbeer.com/forum/vi ... .php?t=571 for a list of what yeasts come with which Coopers kits.

Also, do watch the video, if only to check out Lisa! And keep an eye out during the video for the expression on her face every time a beer comes within two feet of her lips. It's superb!

Cheers,

Oliver

They should just let her do the videos...that clown in it kinda just makes it annoying...plus it would be better if they created a Coopers bikini for her to wear when brewing!

I dont think the combination of porn & John Howard should really be used in the same sentence, that just conjures up some seriously sick visuals!

and alas, when their days as a brew assistant are over and they depart this mortal coil for a higher brew plane, we shall bury them with their bums in the air so we have somewhere to park our bycycle....

Oliver,

Not to be a dick but the last video you asked me to watch was some bloke having a beer shoved up his butt and then his winger drank it. I am not following you on any more beer related videos, I don't care how pretty you say she is.
