Beer Bottles 640ml

Post by Ed »

Hi all,
I didn't know if I should put this post in this section or in the bargains (as I'm not sure if it's a bagain or not).

Anyway I found somewhere to get new 640ml amber beer bottles for about 86 cents each so I bought 8 dozen. If anyone is interested, you can get them in WA, NSW, Vic, SA, Tas, and QLD. Name of the joint is Plasdene and if you want to check out the bottles, you can view them here http://www.plasdene.com.au/homebrewbottles.htm

Although they seem to be a wholesale supplier, they were happy enough to sell me what I wanted, and friendly people too which is always nice.

Cheers,
Ed

Hi tyrone,
I just missed out on over 400 bottles for free. One of my mates had just shifted houses and discovered heaps of king browns in a shed. His Mrs was systematically chucking them in recycling. By the time he remembered to let her know to reserve them for me, they'd all gone

Cheers,
Ed

To mark this occasion, all members of this site shall wear black arm bands on the left side to remeber these bottles.

In deepest mourning,
