My brew

Post by longlux »

1 x Coopers Bitter
1 kg Dextrose
500gm malt
500gm honey
750ml 100% orange juice
3 tbs cinnanon powder

throw it all in your fermenter add 2ltrs boiling water & stir top up to 22ltrs

use a fermenter with some room a the top as this really froths up during fementation

also takes a while to settle the sediment after

Are you trying to replicate a commercial beer with this recipe? If so which one? If not what does it taste like? I know 3 questions in a row!! :D

One more question whilst we're on them... why posted in the The beer you buy forum?

Tasting notes would be good.

I love the OJ. I have been using lime but it makes things a bit tart. Will give that one a go.

Thanks

their Guildford porter was a memorable drop, very complex, not an all nighter but great as a night cap!

A mate of mine lives in Guilford. I'll have him make some inquiries.

I'll keep you posted.

Cheers,
