Home brew results.
Second batch has just been bottled. I want to do a batch of Thomas Coopers Premium selection Bitter next. Prob in the next week or so. What tye of yeast comes in the can? Lager or ale?
Primary: Coopers Bavarian Lager.
Secondary: Empty
Bottled and slammin' down: Coopers Lager, Coopers Draught and Coopers Bitter
Next Project: Some type of clone

I found the bitter a bit dark and thick for my tasting. ?
maybe just me as IM a bit of a 'quaffer'

My best is a can of Coopers Pale Ale, with a Grumpys Boston Cream. Brewed with two sachets of Pale Ale rehydrated yeast at around 18 degrees. Racked and bottled.Kippo wrote:
